Terms of Service

StageReady Web is a Danish web studio providing design, development, maintenance, and consulting services.

Scope is defined in offer/order confirmation and may include websites, CMS setup, analytics implementation, hosting, and support.

Work starts after written approval. Scope, timeline, and approvals are clarified at kickoff.

The client provides material, approvals, and valid rights to all submitted assets.

Projects are typically billed by milestones. Subscriptions are billed recurring in advance unless agreed otherwise.

Changes outside agreed scope are estimated and billed as additional work.

Client receives usage rights after full payment. Third-party assets follow their own license terms.

We may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, plugins, and infrastructure.

Support response times follow agreed service level and business-hour expectations unless otherwise stated.

100% uptime is not guaranteed. Liability follows the main agreement and applicable mandatory law.

Services are primarily B2B. Consumer withdrawal rights generally do not apply.

Subscriptions can be terminated per agreed notice period. Ongoing work is invoiced proportionally.

Material breach may entitle the non-breaching party to terminate the agreement.

Both parties must keep non-public information confidential.

Agreement is governed by Danish law with venue in Denmark unless mandatory law states otherwise.
