Founder
Stephen Skouboe
I run StageReady Web from Kolding and build custom-coded websites for musicians, artists, and bands who need clearer booking flow, stronger press clarity, and a website that genuinely feels like the project.

Who I build for
StageReady is built for musicians and bands who need more than a design refresh. The goal is a digital base that bookers, press, and collaborators can actually use without friction. That includes solo artists, bands, ensembles, and projects working across Denmark, the Nordics, and international markets.
Why musicians
My partner is a professional musician. That gives me a practical view of booking, releases, press requests, and why one clear link can make a real difference in how a project is understood. The niche is not a generic branding angle. It comes from repeated exposure to the real working rhythms musicians deal with.
How I build
When it serves the project best, I build in custom code and often in Next.js to create faster, cleaner, and more flexible websites than heavy builder setups usually allow. Shopify and WordPress are also part of the toolkit when the project needs commerce, editorial flexibility, or a different CMS model.
StageReady is not a builder-first studio. I do not rely on heavy page builders as the default layer. The goal is cleaner semantics, better performance, and a website structure that supports booking, press, SEO, and AI visibility from day one.
Published guides and technical approach
StageReady publishes 35+ practical guides on musician website design, EPK structure, booking pages, SEO, and AI visibility. That editorial work feeds directly into the builds, with clearer structure, cleaner semantics, and better technical foundations from day one.
