Goal: Create calm around scheduling and improve booking clarity.
Problem: Calendar gymnastics steals time, and it is hard to judge travel time, overlaps, and desired free time when new requests come in.
Approach: We built an assistant that reads the calendar, checks availability, calculates travel time, and respects preferred free time. If a date is taken, it suggests new times and a clear reply to the requester.
Result: Less time planning and more time for what matters.
